"Forest"
Written: April 2, 1860
Recorded: June 14, 1860

This Deed made this 2nd day of April in the year one thousand eight hundred 
and sixty by Benjamin W. Darsey, Maranda Day and Phillip Soper and Ann his 
wife, of Prince George's County in the State of Maryland.  Witnesseth that in 
consideration of the sum of fifty dollars the said Benjamin W. Darsey, Maranda 
Day, and Phillip Soper and Ann his wife do grant and sell unto John Darsey of 
the said county and state all that part of tracts of land or parcels of said 
ground situated in Prince George County which is known and called by the name 
of Forest containing twenty five acres more or less and for which the said 
John Darsey now resides in fee simple being the same land which decended to 
the said grantors from Ann Darsey late deceased mother of the said grantors 
and the said Benjamin W. Darsey, Maranda Day and Phillip Soper and Ann his 
wife, covenant that they will warrant generally and specially the property 
herein conveyed.

State of Maryland, Prince Georges County to wit:  
I hereby certify that on this 2nd day of April in the year one thousand eight 
hundred and sixty before me the subscriber a Justice of the Peace in and for 
the said county and state aforesaid personally appeared Benjamin W. Darsey, 
Maranda Day, and Phillip Soper and Ann his wife and acknowedged the aforegoing 
deed to be their act and deed.

I am interested in knowing who the husband of Ann Darsey was, as well as any 
other information available on the grantors/grantee.
