Richardson, 95, of Collington Life Care Center, Mitchellville, died May 4. Born near Rockville, she was the daughter of Alletta and John Muncaster. She was predeceased by her husband, Dr. William Richardson of Mercer, Pa., in 1945. She was also predeceased by her parents; one brother, John Muncaster Jr.; and two sisters, Margaret Stabler and Emma Muncaster. Surviving is one brother, William Thomas Muncaster of Woodstown, N.J. Jessie Richardson was a retired dietitian from IBM. She was a graduate of the University of Maryland, class of 1927, and a member of Delta Delta Delta national sorority and Phi Beta Kappa national honorary fraternity. She had been an active member of the Retired Volunteer Service Corps at the University of Maryland and was selected as Senior Citizen of the Year in the early 1980s. She was an active member of St. Barnabas Episcopal Church in Upper Marlboro. A memorial service was held at 2 p.m. Sunday at St. Barnabas Episcopal Church.
