Baltimore Sun - 5/8/1895
Superintendent of the Maryland Institution for Feeble-Minded Childern at Owings 
Mills. Died at City Hospital. Had surgery the week previous to remove an 
abscess that formed on his liver. Born at Woodville, Prince George's County. 
Aged 35 years. Five brothers and two sisters survive him as well as his mother. 
Brother Rev. Barker Turner of Leeland, Prince George's. Married Mrs. Isabella 
Skinner of Catonsville, Maryland. Buried at Aquasco, Prince George's County, 
Maryland.
