TO my son THOMAS EVANS my Negroe Ceazer for his life and at his decease to HIS daughter Elizabeth EVANS for ever after my decease I GIVE him my riding horse Buggaboe. I GIVE to HIS son WALTER EVANS that hundred acres [MCW: 300 acres} formerly laid out for him and one half of "the Eyland" [=island] the land lying westward of Butler Evans his track [=tract] by Potomack to him an his heirs, but he dies without heires begotten of him I GIVE it to his son Charles and his heirs.
