I Charles Fenley of Prince Georges County in the state of Maryland being in a week and low condition but of sound and perfict mind and memory do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say First I recommend my Soul to the mercy of Almighty God and as to my Temporal Estate I give and dispose thereof as followeth I give and bequeath to my Son Charles B Fenley one Negro Boy named Jack and his Heirs for ever as also one Bed & furnature and one Cow and Calf. I give and bequeath to my Son William Fenley one Negro Boy named Harry one Bed and furnature and a Cow & Calf I give and bequeath to my Son John B Fenley one Negro Boy named George and one Cow & Calf I give and bequeath to my Daughter Martha Fenley one Negroe Girl named Jean one Bed & furnature and one Cow & Calf. I give and bequeath to my Son Thomas Fenley one Negro Boy named Jack one Bed & furnature and one Cow & Calf I give and bequeath to my Son James Fenley one Negroe Girl named Cassey one Bed and furnater and one Cow & Calf I give and bequeath to my Daughter Mary Fenley one Negroe Girl named Jenny one Bed and furnater and one Cow & Calf my will is that the Tract of Land William Bayne and myself purchased in Virginia and which Tract I have said Baynes Bond for Conveying one half of to me my Heirs Executors or assigns be sold and the money arising I give to my Son Charles B Fenley The remaining part of my Estate I give to my beloved wife Martha during her widowhood or life which should first happen and then to be equally divided amongst my Children Charles B Fenley William Fenley John B Fenley Martha Fenley Thomas Fenley James Fenley and Mary Fenley Ann Boswell & a childs part to be equally divided amongst my Deceased Son Walters Children I leave Messers.
