Revoking and Annulling by these presents all and every Will & Wills heretofore by me made and declared either by Word or in Writing and Declaring & appointing that this only be taken for my last Will and Testament and first being hartyly Sorry for my Sins past most humbly forgiveness of the time, I commit my Soul to Allmighty God trusting to be Saved through the merits of Jesus Christ and my Body to be buried where it shall please my Executors here after named do Appoint and as to the setling of the temporall Estate to which it hath pleased God to bestowe upon me I do Order give and dispose the same as in form following that is to say First I Will that all Such Dets that I owe shall be paid and Satisfied Item I give and bequave unto my Son William Groome all that part of land according to his Deed, Containing five hundred akers and give to him and his Eaers for ever. Item I give and bequave unto my Daughter Sibell Orme and her Ears forever Seventy akers of land where she now liveth to have and to hold forever. Item I give and bequave to my Daughter Eleanor Hearvie fifty akers of Land where she now Livith to her and her Ears for ever. Item I give and bequave to my two Daughters Rebecketh and Sarath Groome after there Mothers Decise one hundred and fifty akers of Land where one I now Dwell to be equally Divided between them to them and their Ears forever, and that thea take care of my Son Samuell Groome to keepe him after ther Mothers Decess and further my Will is that if Either Rebecketh or Sarath Groome should Die without Ears the other to enjoy the hole Hundred and fifty akers to her and her Ears forever. Item I give and bequeave to my Daughters Amy and Lurania Groome all remaining part of my Land to be equally Divided by them to them and ther Ears for ever but if either of them should Die without Ears the other to enjoye the hole Hundred Akers to her and her Ears for ever. Item I give and bequave to my two Daughters Rebecketh and Sarath Groome one Negro boy Called Peate after thear Mothers Desese to them and ther Ears thea keeping my son Samuell Groome after his Mothers Desease. Item my Will is and I do hereby make ordain my loving Wife Amy Groome Exector of this my last Will and Testament in Witness wheare of I have hear unto Sett and put my hand and Seals this Twenty fifth Day of Aprill in the yeare of our Lord God one thousand Seven hundred thiry and four. Item my Will is that my loving Wife Amy Groome shall inhearit all the remainer of my reall and personall Estate during her life Except the (__thing mentioned).
