No. 5 folio 253 Maryland Lot Know all men by these presents, That I, Jacob Iglehart, of Prince Georges County, Planter, am held and firmly bound unto James Iglehart, planter of Ann Arundel County and State aforesaid in the full and just sum of Three Hundred and Sixty Seven Pound Five Shillings specie to be paid unto the said James Iglehart, his certain attorney, executors, administrators, or assigns: To the which payment well and truly to be made and done, I bind myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, firmly by these presents, Sealed with my seal and dated this fifteenth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety seven The Condition of the above Obligation is such, That if the above bound Jacob Iglehart do and shall well and truly pay, or cause to be paid, unto the said James Iglehart his certain attorney, executors, administrators, or assigns, the full and just sum of One Hundred and Eighty Three pounds Eleven Shillings specie on or before the first day of January next with legal interest thereon: then the above obligation------------- (illegible)--------in full force and virtue in law, Signed, sealed, and delivered, in the presence of Geo.
