I John Pigman of Prince George County in the Province of Maryland and being weak in Body but of perfect mind and memory prased to god for the Same & calling to mind the frailty and uncertainty of this present Life and that all go best hense yield unto Death when it shall please god to call I Doe make and ordaine this my Last will and testament this Tenth Day of october anno Domini 1712 hereby revoaking all former wills by me made Either by word or writing and this to bee my Last will and noe other as folloeth. Item I give and bequeath unto my well beloved wife Sarah Pigman only the Plantation whereon I live during her life. Item I give and bequeath unto younger son Mason Pigman fifty acres of Land Joyning to the plantation and alsoe I give and bequeath the plantation after (h)is Mother Deathe to him and his eirs for Ever Item I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary Mason that parsell (parcel) of land Anthony Long lives upon Containing thirty Seven acres to her and her heirs for Ever Item I give and bequeath unto my Eldes Son John Pigman fifty acres of Land Joyning that persell of Land Anthony Long lives upon to him and (h)is heres for Ever. It is my will if it please God that my Son John Pigman Should Die before he comes to age of won and Twenty or Die without herires then the Fifty acers of Land to my Daughter Mary Mason to her and her for Ever. Item I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Elizabeth Pigman one Cow called good loek her and her incriese to her. Item I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Grace Pigman one Cow called Coolle her and her incrise to her. Item I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Cathern Pigman one Cow caled pritie and her incriese to her. Item I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Ann Pigman one Cow called pritie and her incriese to her. Item it is my free Desire that to make my well Beloved wife Sarah Pigman Executrix of this my last will and Testament Earnestly Desiring her to See this my Last will well performed In Testimony hersof I have to this my Last Will and Testament set my hand and Seal the Day and years first above written. The mark of John (J) Pigman Sealed Signed Published In the presence of us James Clarvo Robert Wade William Hunter his W mark Before Signing and Sealing it is my will and So please God that my son Mason Pigman Dies befor he comes to the age of Twenty or Dies without heirs then Land to the heirs of his mother Body which I have begott by her. October 12th 1712. Then came James Clarvo, Robert Wade & William Hunter Wittnesses to the withing Will and Did make oath on the holly Evangilliss that they were present & Did see the testator John Pigman sign seal & acknowledge this to be his Last Will and Testament & at the same time he was in his perfect senses.
