Item at my wife's Decease I wil and Devise all the Tract of Land called Nathan's Meadows whereon I now live unto my Son Rezin Scarce and his heirs and asigns forever. Imte I also give and bequeath unto my Daughter Sarah Summers all the Tract of Land whereon She now Lives for and During the term of her natural life, and after her Death I Devise the Same to my son Rezin Scarce and my grandson Nathan S. Summers Equally to be Divided between them their Heirs and Asigns forever Item I give and bequeth to my Son Rezin Scarce on Feather Bed and furniture and my gun Item I also give and bequeath to my daughter Charity Moore the sum of four dollars current money Item I give and bequeath to my my Daughter Amelia Ann Dorsey the Sum of four Dollar current money I also give and bequeath unto my three Daughters Sarah Summers, Rebecca Summers and Ruth Scarce all the rest of my Estate goods and Chattels of Every kind and nature soever, Equally to be Divided between them-In witness wherof I have herunto set my Hand and affixed my Seal the Eighth Day of November in the year of our Lord, Eighteen Hundred and four.
