I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Prissilla Simmons one half of my personal estate in every kind whatsoever after all my just debts are paid. Item. My will and desire is that all the rest and residue of my estate be equyally divided amongst my children share and share alike. And last of all I consitute and appoint my beloved wife Priscilla Simmons my whole and sole Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twentieth day of January seventeen hundred and eighty two. Jan 19, 1775; William West Simmons b. Aug 19, 1776, Elinor Simmons b. Oct 20, 1778 and Sarah Simmons b. Oct 16, 1779. Lawsuit bearing the caption as follows establishes this Abraham as the son of Abraham Simmons & Sarah Drury (who later married Abel Hill Jr.) 1793/03/09 4573: Thomas Simmons and Pricilla Simmons vs Susannah Hill, Anthony Noble, Sarah Noble, Able Hill Sr., Able Hill Jr., Charles Hill and Joseph M.
