Ann ?. Wright, wife of Stephen S. Wright, Esquire, my home and dwelling plantation containing the following tracts - "Smith's Ridge," "Ward's Gift," " - - - - - - Peace and Plenty" (except portion, etc. described in the will - mentions land purchased of his grandfather, part of a tract of land called "Walker's Square" bought of William Campbell) - also 20 acres woodland called "Broomley Lambeth" purchased by me of James Kent, adjoining land I sold to Joseph Nabb - also lot of land on Corsica Creek called "Coxes Necessity." To dau. Ann - Negroes. To dau. Mary Ann Bordley Bourke, the wife of Edward Bourke, farm and plantation I purchased of James T. Hemsley and all lands adjacent I purchased of John ?. Troup. To grandson Christopher Cox Harper my brick house and lot in Centreville, 2 colts, and farm and plantation I purchased of John S. Blake, also the farm I now hold in Spaniard's Neck consisting of 2 tracts of land called "Adventure" and "Plaindealing" - also lot of woodland called "Tolson's Hardship" which I purchased of James Tolson - also 1/2 woodland I purchased of Edward Lloyd, Esquire, the other half of which I sold to William Carmichael attorney at law for which he has paid me but no division has been made. If he should die before age of 21 and without lawful issue then to two daus. Mary A. B. Bourke and Elizabeth M.N. Cox. It is my will and desire that my afsd. grandson have the benefit of best education and hereby authorize his guardian whether he be Dr. James Harper or other persons, etc. To dau. Elizabeth M.N. Cox all the lands I purchased from John Baggs the trustee for the sale of Richard Tucker real estate from Thomas Murphey, John K. B. Emory, and Joseph Nabb - also all that part of Peace and Plenty not before devised - to complete what is known in the family by "Tucker Farm". Also residue of land called "Broomley Lambeth", my 3 lotts at Corsica Landing and all other real estate of which I am seized and not desposed of. Direct above named dau. Ann ?. Wright to pay to dau. Elizabeth M. N. Cox the sum of $100 in four equal annual installments, with interest, from my decease. To dau. Elizabeth - Negroes. To dau. Mary Ann B. Bourke and Elizabeth M.N. Cox rest and residue of my personal estate equally divided, and direct that no part of my household or kitchen furniture shall be exposed to public sale.
