Will of Sarah A Downs (Downes), 1860, STH:1:44, Queen Anne's Co.,

To youngest daughter. - Eleanor I. Downs my house and lots at Sand
Town, and all of the house hold and kitchen furniture there is.
 
I give and bequeath, after my aforesaid debts and funeral charges are
all paid, the balance of my estate to be equally divided between my
children Amanda M. Benton, Sarah A. Jacobs, John W. Downs,
Godwin Morris and Elenora Downs and Mary E. Hardcastle's heirs.
