Having bargained and sold to my brother Silas Griffeth all my lands in
Dorchester County, Maryland, etc.
 
To sister: Sophia Griffeth, $2500, bed and furniture.
 
To uncle: Vachel Keene, household furniture, etc.
 
To sister: Margaret Griffeth.
 
To brother: Robert Griffeth.
 
Manumits Negro man Jacob and Negro boy Joe.
 
Executors: uncle Vachel Keene and brother Silas Griffeth
Witnesses: William (L?) Harris, George Pratt, Howes Goldsborough
