I William Wilson of Queen Anns County this first day of December in the year of our Lord God one thousand seven hundred and forty seven, being sick and weak of body, but of perfect and disposing mind and memory thanks be to God for the same, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following vizt. Imprimis. I commend my soul unto the hands of almighty God my Creator who gave it and my body to the earth from whence it came in hopes of a joyful resurrection to eternal life through the merits of my Dear Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and as for those worldly goods with which it has pleased God to bless me I dispose thereof as follows. First. I give unto my loving brother Abraham Willson my wearing apparill of all sorts. Secondly I give unto my loving nephew Neamiah Willson five shillings sterling. Thirdly. I give unto my Dear Wife Ann Willson, one Negro man named Peter, and the best feather bed and bedingg and furniture. Forthly. I give unto my daughter Mary Willson, all that tract or parcel of land I purchased of John Mackonik in according to the lines and courses in the Deed containing three hundred twenty seven acres to her and her heirs forever, and in case she should have no heirs my desire is that my nephew William willson son of Abraham Willson should Injoy the land been given to my daughter, he or his heirs. Item. I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary Willson one negro woman named Indey and all her increase and one negro man named Nero, and one Negro Child named Peney and three of the best feather beds and best ings and furniture after my wife has made her choice. I also give to my daughter my new walnut desk and pine cuberd, and half a dozen Silver tea spoons tongs and shovel, and my large Bible with her name in gilt letters writ in it, and a halfe Bushell that is Iron bound. My will and desire is that my daughter may have the mare colt that I gave her and I marked it with her mark, and sheep and cattle, that I have marked in her mark, without being clamed as part of my Estate. In case my daughter should dye without heirs, I do give and bequeath to my nephew William Willson all my daughters Estate hear gave to her. I do heareby apint my good friend John Emory as gardean to my daughter in case my wife should dye before she receave her estate into her hands. Lastly my will and pleasure is that my wife Ann Willson have the third part of my estate after my just Debts and legases is paid and the residue to be paid to my daughter Mary Willson. I do hearby nominate and appoint my loving wife Ann Willson whole and sole executrix of this my last will or Wills heartofore made of what kind soever, publishing and declaring this to be my last will and Testament. In witness thereof I have hearunto set my hand and affixed my seal the day and year above written.
