Mary Wright land which fell to me by the death of my brother Nathaniel Wright, 145 acres lying in Queen Anne's Co. To son Edward Wright, land where I now dwell being part of 3 tracts of land called "Partnership," "Lilliston's Castle Castle," and Lilliston's Castle Addition," which lie within the lines of the tract called "Partnership." To dau. Mary Wright, 1/3 part of my personal estate. To sons Edward and Nathaniel Wright remaining 2.3 of my personal estate share and share alike - provided my son Nathaniel Wright relinquishes his claim to the personal property left to him by his uncle Nathan Wright, which is to go in my estate. If son Nathaniel Wright should not agree - then in that case I give and bequeath to my son Edward Wright the 2/3 of my personal estate heretofore given to my sons Edward Wright and Nathaniel Wright and that my son Edward Wright shall pay unto my son Nathaniel Wright when the said Nathaniel Wright shall arrive to the age of 21 years four horses worth $50 each, four milk cows worth $12 each, 1000 pounds of bacon, 50 barrels of Indian corn, 2 bushels of eating wheat, and 75 bushels of good wheat to seed in the fall. Also feather bed and furniture that my son Edward Wright shall have the possession of the two theirs of my personal estate as left to my sons Edward Wright and Nathaniel Wright until my son Nathaniel Wright arrives to 21 years of age and in lieu thereof my son Edward Wright shall pay the board, clothing and schooling of my son Nathaniel Wright until he shall arrive to the age of 21 years free of any charge or expense against him the said Nathaniel Wright. To Martha Latamere (Latimer?) my Negro girl Maria until said Maria shall arrive to the age of 16 years, at which term of time said Maria shall be free. If my dau. Mary Wright should die before mature age and without issue, then I give and devise to my son Edward Wright and his heirs all the lands before devised unto her - except 20 acres which is adjoining the lands left my son Nathaniel Wright by my brother Nathan Wright known by the name of "Hazard," which 20 acres I give to my son Nathaniel Wright and his heirs. If my son Edward Wright should die without lawful issue, I give and devise unto my son Nathaniel Wright all the land devised to him the said Edward Wright, if my son Nathaniel should die without lawful issue I give and devise unto my afsd. dau. Mary Wright and her lawful issue all the lands above devised to my son Nathaniel Wright. If all children should die without lawful issue to Martha Hackett.
