Also 1/3 part of my personal estate. To nephew, Nathaniel Wright, son of my dear brother Edward Wright, tract of land called "Content," containing 200 a.; "Content Addition," containing 200 a.; and "Content's - - - - " (Outlet?) 50 a. - lying contiguous to each other on a branch of Tuckahoe Creek called Smith's Branch in Queen Anne's County. Also one moiety of tract of land called "Hazard" heretofore granted unto my father Edward Wright (a precise description of the property follows). Also to nephew Nathaniel Wright, Negro slaves: Ben, little Joe, - - - - (Glenny?) and her increase. Also all stock, plantation utensils, feather bed and furniture. To sister, Dorothy Fairclough Wright, free use and occupation of the chambers in my dwelling house - also use and occupation of a small tenement on my said plantation wherein her Negroes now dwell. To nephew Nathan Wright, son of my brother Edward Wright, all the residue of my estate both real and personal. Crops of wheat, corn or other grain or tobacco - growing upon my lands, shall be finished by my executor and the neat produce thereof after deducting out of the said crops the expense of finishing, shall be equally divided between my said wife and my two nephews aforesaid.
