To Ann Pratt, my daughter, all that part of a tract of land called "Cummin's Beginning Resurveyed," "Tate's Folly," " - - - - Outrage," and all that tract of land I bought of Richard - - - - and all the land I bought of Humphrey Wells in Caroline County, except "Login's Horns," and all my lands contiguous thereto containing six hundred acres of land. If Ann dies without issue then to my granddaughter, Martha Downes. To granddaughter Martha Downes - all that tract of land called "Wright's Forrest" in Queen Anns County containing seven hundred and twenty five acres of land. If Martha die without issue to Ann Pratt. My lands in Caroline County called "Logins Horns" to be sold by my Executors to enable them to execute this my will. To Joseph Wright: that slip of land lying to the southward of the Dover Road between the land of Joshua Kennard and the said Joseph Wright containing by estimation 15 a. - but if the same shall exceed that quantity, then the said Joseph Wright must convey to Thomas Wright and Solomon Wright the like quantity. To my sons: Robert Wright, Thomas Wright and Solomon Wright, equally, all that tract of land called "Father's Care" and all the lands thereto contiguous or as devised by Nathan S. T. Wright - all which said lands lie in Kent County in the Delaware State and in Queen Anns County in the state of Maryland (with right of survivorship). To son Robert Wright slaves: Peter, Lydia, Henry, - - - -, Ben and Tom, the children of Lydia, - silver tankard, 1/5th stock, etc. To son Solomon Wright 2 large looking glasses, the following: Old Harry, - - -, his son Charles, Nan, 1/5th stock, etc. To Ann Pratt the large silver coffee pott, the following slaves to wit: Pompey, Fanny, Lambert, little - - - (Ann?) and Joe, 1/5th stock. To Martha Downes the silver tea pott, the following slaves: Polydore, Amy and little - - - (Cyries?), 1/5th stock. To Robert Wright interest to the lands or money due from the devises of Vincent Lowe and Elizabeth Lowe for the sale of which an act of assembly passed the state of Maryland the said lands lying and being in the New Castle County in the Delaware State & in Maryland.
