My dating is derived from the court records trying to adjust to the new dating system. Just to note that in my column heading "Court Events," I just summarized their reason for being in the court records, some individuals have more information & others less. In some instances under this heading you will see an event followed by a number in parenthesis, this is to indication how many times in that year that they served that function. In my "Misc Notes" column, I added differences in spellings that occur for a particular individual's surname that appear in the records; additionally there are other notes dealing w/ family relationships and so on. When it is noted under the occupation as an individual being an "Attorney," this does not necessarily mean that they had the education or degree for that profession. Rather, the notation indicates when that specified individual was assigned attorney rights by another individual. 1665 Title First Name Last Name Age Occupation Court Event Misc Notes =============================================================================================================================================== Charles Ballard Sarah Ballard John Bossmon 15 chose John Nellson to be his son of William Bossman, dec'd guardian Mr Henry Boston County present at court Commissioner John Cooper Nehemiah Covington Ambros Dickson Attorney represents William Smyton Morris Durham acts as witness Patrick Fleman Attorney represents Phillip Barre William Furnis John Gumry acts as witness Mr Stephen Horsey County present at court Commissioner Thomas Jarvis Attorney Mr George Johnson County present at court;
