Written: September 30, 1724

In the name of God Amen.  I Blandina Bozman of Somerset County in the province 
of Maryland being in good health of body and of sound and perfect mind & 
memory praise be therefore given to Almighty God do make & ordain this my 
present last will and testament in manner & form following that is to say 
first and principally I comment my soul into the hands of Almighty God hoping 
through the merrits death and passion of my Savior Jesus Christ to have full 
and free parden and forgiveness of all my sins and to inherit everlasting life 
and my body I commit to the earth to be decentlt buried at the discretion of 
my Executrix hereafter named and as touching the disposition of all such 
temporal estate as it hath pleased Almighty God to bestow my I give & dispose 
thereof as follows.

First I will that my debts and funeral charges be paid and discharged.

2ly I give and bequeath unto my daughter Ann Bozman one negro girl named Dinah 
to her and her heirs forever.

3dly I give and bequeath unto my daughter Bridgett Bozman one negro boy named 
Bussey to have and her heirs for ever.

4thly I give and bequeath unto my two daughters abovesaid Ann Bozman and 
Bridgett Bozman all the rest are residue of my personal estate goods and 
chattles whatsoever to be equally divided between them and their heirs forever 
and I do appoint them the said Ann and Bridgett Bozman to be my sole 
Executrixes of this my last will and testament and I do hereby revoke disannul 
and make void all former wills and testaments by me heretofore made in witness 
whereof I the said Blandina Bozman to this my last will and testament being 
contained in full a sheet of paper to see my hand and seal this 30th of 
September Anno Domini 1724.

April ye 7th 1727 then came Thomas Lawes & Robert jones subscribing evendences 
to ye within will who made oath upon ye Holy Evangelist of Almighty God that 
they see ye within named Blandina Bosman ye testator sign & seal the within 
instrument as her last will & testament & that they heard him publish declare 
ye same so to be & that at ye time of her so doing she was of sound disposing 
mind
