I John Bozman being in perfect health and memory and callling minde the uncertainty of this mortall life and knowing it is appointed for all men due to dye have made this my last will and testement in manner and forme following first I bequeave my soul to God that made it any body to be buryed hopen for Salvation in and through maritts of Jesus Christ my Redeemer Amen. First after my just debts payd and funerall charges; I give this plantation I now live upon bounded as followeth beging at the mouth of the gut or branch which divide my son Georges and mine along this river side to the gut or branch that divides my son John his land and mine from the mouth of said branch to the head thereof and bouned therewith and from the said head of ye said branch, with a line drawn north two hundred and fifty pearches and from thence with a line drawn west to the road that lead from my plantation to the head of Goose Creek and from thence along the said road to the head of a branch called the great branch and from thence bounded with my son Georges land to the mouth of the hick in the branch and from thence to the mouth of the said branch att the said plantation and tract of land aforesd I give to my loving wife Blandina during her maturall life and after her decease I give the said plantation and all apartenance to my son Risden Bozman and to males of his body lawfully gotten and cace of fallure of issue males to my daughter Ann Bozman and to her heirs of her body being males and cace of faillure of issre male of her then my daughter Bridgett and to the heirs male of her body lawfully begotten and in cace of fallure of issue males of on her body then to my son Wm and his heirs Item I give my son William Bozman that tract of land that George Horner lives upon beging at the mouth of a small branch issueing out of Goose Creek; on the south side and soe a long the said Goos Creek side to the extent of the said creek and from thence with a line drawn east to the extent of the bounds of my tract of land called More & Caset and from thence south a long said line two hundred pearche and from thence with a line drawn paralell with Goose Creek to the road that goes from my house to the head of Goose Creek aforesaid and from thence to the first bounder to him and his heirs for ever. Item I give and bequeave to my son Thomas Bozman that plantation which was my brother Georges beging at the mouth of the great branch issuing out of Goose Creek near the mouth of said creek and from thence a lont the side of the said Goos Creek and bounded therewife tell it comes to the beginning bounder of son Wms land and soe bounded with son William land son Risden till it comes to the head of aforesd branch and soe down the sd branch and bounded therewith to the mouth thereof the first bounder to him and his heirs forever. Item I give and bequeave to my couzen William Bozman all that parcell of land lying on the north side of Goos Creek beginning at the mouth of branch or glade issing out of Goos Creek and soe up the said Goos Creek till it comes to the uper bounds of son Williams land and from thence the same course to the extent of the land aforesaid and from thence along the line of the said land More and Cacett viz north to the bounds thereof and from thence with a line of said pattent viz west & by south to the head of the said glade or branch and soe to the firs bounder to him and his heire males off his body begotten and in case of issue male as above said then to my cousen George Bozman and his heirs forever. Item my will is that my two daughters Ann and Bridgett be and remaine and have the propossion of the parler and parler chamber and as much land as they or either of them shall have occation to manure with what timber of any sort they or either of them shall have occation to use & soe long as either of them shall mary and then she that remains unmaryed to injoy the abovesaid preveledge alone and single untill she shall mary. Item the spare land that lies on the back of son John's land I give to my two daughters be it more or less to them and theire heirs as for the person esteat that it hath pleased God to lend mee my will is that my loving and faithfull and constant obedient wife have all and singular the same within doors and without during her natural life and widowhood acept one bed and furniture to each of my daughters if they should mary before her decease and each of them a iron pott and after her decease to equally divided between my two sons and two daughters viz Thom and Risden and Ann and Bridgett Bozman to them and their heirs forever make null and voyd all formes wills or wills by me heretofore made and ordaing this my last will and testament.
