Well we are all liveing at Ijamsville as we have bought the Mill property at this place & I think I have great reason to be thankfull to God that He has given us so good a home. I hope with his help to be sucessful that we may all do well. Sunday, January 2 Weather quite pleasant except a shower came up and stoped our Minister from comeing to preach for us. We are worshiping in the M.E. Church as we have no Church of our own near. We had Sunday School this afternoon but no preaching. I did not go out to prayer meeting in the evening. Family all well. Children all going to school all well. Saturday, January 8 Weather quite pleasant. Charlie helped me with the Porch today.
