The angels are safely guarding the sacred and solemn grave, For in it lies the precious one we loved but could not save God gave us strength to bear it and courage to meet the blow, But what it meant to lose you the world will never know. A precious one from us is gone, the voice we loved is still; A vacant place is left in our home that never can be filled. They say time heals all sorrow and helps us to forget, But time so far has only proved how much we miss her yet. Loving MOTHER and SISTER.
