Burger March 6, 2001 from a photocopy of the original court document, JJ 3, 374-375, obtained from Norma I. Dawson, Register of Wills, Saint Mary's County, Maryland. The photocopy was good and the writing fair. The spelling of the first name of Aberien Abell and the surname of the Reverend James Mayrick is uncertain. I made no corrections of any kind. ************************************************************
