I manner and form following to Wit: First I give and devise unto Robert A Clarke Son of my nephew George Clarke The Farm or Tract of Land where I now live, commonly called and known by the name of Scotch Neck containing one hundred and fifty acres more or less which Said land's purchased of my nephew George Clarke & be a part of resurrection manner to him the Said Robert A. Clarke Son of my nephew George Clarke and his heirs forever ~~ Second I give and bequeath unto Robert A. Clarke Son of my nephew George Clarke my negro Boy Henry Son of my woman Cinthia and my negro girl Harriot daughter of my negro woman Cinthia to him and his heirs forever. Third I give and bequeath unto Robert A. Clarke Son of my nephew George Clarke Two Silver Table spoones to him and his heirs forever. Fourth I give and bequeath unto my nephew Kennelm Clarke my negro man Harry my negro man Jim Allen my negro woman woman Maria and her Child; Louisa my negro woman Harriet and three of her Children namely Jim Summersett and Sam To him and his heirs forever. Fifth I give and bequeath unto my nephew Kennelm Clarke Two Silver Table Spoons to him and his heirs forever. Sixth I give and bequeath unto Susanna Rebecca Clarke daughter of my nephew George Clarke my negro man John my negro woman Maryann to her and her and her heirs forever. Seventh I give and bequeath unto Susanna Rebecca Clarke daughter of my nephew George Clarke to Silver table Spoons to her and her heirs for ever. Eighth I give and bequeath unto Hanner H Clarke my negro woman Cinthia and her increase to her and her heirs forever. Ninth I give and bequeath unto Evoline Abell daughter of Eliel Abell deceased my negro boy Washington Son of My woman Cinthia and my negro Girl Jane daughter of my woman Cinthia to her and her heirs forever. Tenth I give and bequeath unto Eveline Abell Daughter of Eliel Abell deceased one bed and furniture and my Trunk to her and her heirs for ever. Eleventh I give and bequeath unto my Sister Ann Broome of Baltimore my negro Girl Caroline to her and her heirs forever. Twelth I give and bequeath unto George Washington Clarke son of John A. Clarke my negro boy John Son of my woman Harriet to him and his heirs forever. Thirteenth I give and bequeath unto Philip Clarke my negro boy Jim son of my woman Cinthia, to him and his heirs forever. Fourteenth I give and bequeath unto my Hannah H. Clarke all my household furniture and Stock of every kind to her and her heirs forever. Fifteenth it is my Will and desire that my nephew Kennelm Clarke and Susan Rebecca Clarke daughter of my nephew George Clarke have a home their Single lives upon my land. Lastly I constitute and appoint Kennelm Clarke and John A. Clarke Executors of this my last Will and Testament. Clarke Saint Marys County to wit: the 6th day of January 1835 The foregoing Will of Susanna Abell late of Saint Marrys County deceasd being this day exhibited to me for proof to me the undersigned as Register of Wills for Saint Marys County. in the recess of the Court and Kennellm Clarke a nephew one of the neart ~ relations of the deceased and making no objections or entering no caveat I thereupon proceed to takes the probate and to grant letters Testamentary accordingly Certified by E. I. Millard Reg of Wills for Saint Marys County. Saint Marys County to wit: The 6th day of January 1835. I hereby Certify that Kennelm Clarke one of the appointed executors in the aforegoing Will renounces the Executor Ship thereof as per his renunciation (???) appears. Certified by E. I. Clarke and made oath on the Holy Evangels of Almighty God, that the within instrument of writing is the true and whole Will and Testament of Susanna Abell late of Saint Marys County deceased, that hath Come to his hands or possession, and that he doth not know of any other. Certified by I. I. Millard Reg of Wills for Saint Marys County. Saint Marys County to wit: The 6th day of January 1835. Then came Louis Stone and Richard R. H. Clarke tow of the three Subscribing Witnesses to the within last within last Will and Testament of Susanna Abell late of Saint Marys County, deceased, and made oath on the Holy Evangels of Almighty God that they did see the testatrix herein named, Sign and Seal this Will, and that they heard her publish pronounce, and declare the Same to be her last Will and testament, that at the time of her sodoing she was to the best of their apprehensions of Sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding: and that they respectively Subscribed their names as witnesses to this Will, in the presence and at the request of the Testatrix, and in the presence of each other, and also that they did see Zachariah Brewer, the other witness Subscribe The Same, in the presence and at the request of the said Testatrix. 1086W.
