Drury Signed: April 30, 1889 Proved: June 3, 1889 Last will and testament Of Martha A. Drury I, Martha A. Drury of St. Mary's County, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby make and publish this as and for my last will and testament. I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved son George W. Drury all of my estate, real, personal and mixed, to him and his assigns forever, provided he pays unto my daughter Mary Virginia Nerderman, two hundred dollars two years after my death without interest. I will and bequeath to my son in law William Foxwell one dollar, to be paid to him by my son George W. Drury. As witness my hand and seal, this thirty (30th) day of April eighteen hundred and eighty-nine. (1889) M. A. Miles, two of the three subscribing witnesses to the aforegoing last will and testament of M. A. Drury, late of Said county, deceased; and made oath on the Holy Evangels of almighty God: that they did see the Testator sign and seal this will; that they heard her publish pronounce and declare the same to be her last will and testament, that at the time of her so doing she was, to the best of their apprehension of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding; and that, they, together with R. M. Edwards, subscribed their names as witnesses to this Will in her presence, at her request, and in the presence of each other. Sworn to in open Court. Test James T. M.
