Will of Cuthbert Fenwick

What my two eldest daughter had of me I give and bequeath to them forever.

To daughter Elizabeth Fenwick, a Negro, Ann, which Negro I did give a deed of 
gift which will appear on record.

To wife, Negro named Dick & my riding horse.

To son Cuthbert Fenwick – My now dwelling plant.

To son Robert Fenwick – Land at Hervy Towne which I bought of James King. In 
case either Cuthbert Fenwick or Robert Fenwick die without heirs then the land 
shall fall

To Son Bennit Fenwick – Negro James

To wife & son Bennit Fenwich – Negro Charles

To my five last children – Negro Margaret

To my five youngest children – Each a feather bed & furniture, likewise five 
head of hogs & five head of sheep to each & to each a mare or horse.

To two gr. Children, Robert Brooke & Mary Brooke, two younng heifers that waas 
left to my two children by their grandmother.

To daugher Elizabeth & son Cuthbert – each a heiffer

To two eldest daus. Each ten shillings
