These electronic pages may NOT be reproduced in any format for profit or presentation by other organizations. ************************************************************************ Will of IGNATIUS FRENCH, JR., dated February 10 1810, Nelson County KY In the name of God Amen, I Ignatius French, Seinier of Nelson County in State of Kentucky being in a low weak condition, but of perfect mind and memory & judgement thanks be to god for the same & calling into mind the mortality of my Body & knowing that is appointed for all men once to die & being desirous to settle my affairs - in time do make this my last will and testament in manner and form following. I_____ I give & bequeath unto my two sons Ignatius French & William French the plantation whereon I now live to be equally divided between them which contains one hundred & fifty acres & all my household furniture. I also give and bequeath to the aforesaid Ignatius French Juner & William French - Item I also give and bequeath to my son Ignatius French Junior ----------------- mare called Conny and her colt the mare to William & the colt to Ignatius. Not withstanding its mentioning in the Eleventh line from the top I give all my household furniture to Ignatius French & William it is my will & desires that they give my son Joseph French their brother the third choice of one of my beds & its furniture & the residue of my estate I hereby give & bequeath to the ---- or all of my children to be equally divided amongst them all & I hereby appoint constitute of affirm my son Ignatius French my whole & sole executor of this my last will & testament & in the presence of the subscribing witnesses presented I have here unto signed or suffered to be put or signed my name & seal this the tenth day of February Eighteen Hundred and ten.
