Meeting, Men's Minutes, 1676-1797,p.11, FHL microfilm 13145, Items 1-3

William Johnson of ratclife in old England, Mariner, the 26 Day of the month 
Called December in the year 1682 in an assembly of the people of God at their 
Meeting place at the house of John Edmondson Solemnty in the fear of God took 
Sarah Edmondson to be his wife and the said Sarah Edmondson did then and there 
in like manner take Wm. Johnson to be her husband each of them promising to be 
faithful one to the other as husband and wife as long as they should live in 
the presence of us.
