Society of Friends, Third Haven Monthly Meetings, Men's Minutes 1676-1797, FHL film 13145, items 1-3
There may certifie whom it may concern that Peter Wilson of Sasafras did take 
to wife Elizabeth Morgan Daughter in law of Bryan Amelia, at a Meeting of 
friends at Betty's cove Meeting House the 6th Day of the 6th Month 1682 having 
published their intentions at two Several Monthly men's and women's meetings 
and in Testimony hereof we Who were present have hereunto submitted our names.

Additional Comments:
These Friends Meetinghouse Marriage Records, especially the lists of 
wittnesses, are useful for establishing the presence of our ancestors in 
Talbot county in the 1600's. This is the only one I've found of a marriage at 
Betty's Cove Meetinghouse. Records of the Betty's Cove Meetinghouse itself, 
which predated Third Haven Meetinghouse, have not been found.
