         In the name of God Amen I James Benson of Talbot Coty
         Chyrurgeon being sick and weak of body but of Sound &
                                                      (pfect)
   88    pfect memory do ordain & appoint this to be my Last
         will and testament all other be Dianulled by me _____
         Imp{rs} I give and bequeath unto my well beloved wife
         Margaret Benson my now Dwelling plant{n} Called
         Bensons Choyce for her life time and at her Death to
         Decend to my youngest son Nicholas Benson and
         his heirs forever_  Item I give and bequeath unto
         my Eldest son James Benson a hundred acres of Land
         part of a tract of Land Called Bensons Enlargement
         and a tract of Land Called Bog hole to him and his heirs
         Item I give and bequeath unto my second son Edmond
         Benson part of a tract of Land Called Bensons Enlarge
         fifty acres Joyning to his Land Left by Samuel Withers
         to him and his heirs forever_ Item I give and Bequeath
         unto my third son Perry Benson all that tract of
         Land Called Maiden Point Addition to him and his
         heirs forever_ Item I give and bequeath unto my
         Second Daughter Anne Benson a tract of Land Called
         Fox Harbour Containing fifty acres Lying on the Back
         of the Land Left her by Samuel Withers to her and
         her heirs forever_ Item I give and bequeath unto
         my third Daughter Eliz{a} Benson ninety five acres
         of Land part of a tract Called Benson Enlargem{t}
         Lying Between Dan{l} Vinsons & Edward Hopewell
         and fifty acres out of the afd tract to her & her
         heirs_ Item I give and bequeath unto my fourth
         Daughter Mary Benson a hundred acres of Land
         part of a tract Called Bensons Enlargement Joyning
         on my Daughter Eliz{a} fifty acres Last Menconed
         to her and her heirs forever_ Item I give and bequeath
         unto my well beloved wife Marg{tt} Benson one halfe

         one hundred and Seventy two acres and a halfe to her &
         her heirs forever_ Item I give and bequeath unto my
         Eldest son James Benson one hundred Seventy five acres &
         a halfe it being the other part Remaining of Bensons Enlargem{t}
         not Disposed of before, to him and his heirs forever_ I ordain &
         appoint my well beloved wife Marg{tt} Benson and my Eldest son
         James Benson to be my true and Lawfull Ex{rs} of all my

         Deputy Comty of Talbot County the within Named
         Margaret Benson being nominated Ex{tx} in of the aforegoing
         will of her Late Dec{d} Husband James Benson & Caused
         the within will will to be pved which was accordingly pved
         in due forme by the Oath of Anthony Robison one of the
         witnesses to the foregoing will Subscribed and Lett{rs} Test{r}y
         was accordingly Granted to the said Marg{tt} Benson Ex{tx}
