	In the name of God Amen I Woolman Gibson of Talbot County in the state of Maryland being 
	weak of Body but of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and ordain this to be my Last Will
	and Testament in manner and form following to Wit ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~
1{stly}	it is my desire that all my Funeral Expenses and Just debts be paid and Satisfied ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~
2{ndly}	I give and Devise unto my son Jacob Gibson the plantation whereon I now dwell and all my Lands thereto Ad
	joining; as also a Tract of Land called the Scholl House Lott Adjoining to Kinnemonts Land to him and Heirs forever
3{rdly}	I do direct my Executor & Executrix hereafter named to sell dispose and Convey two parcels of Land lying and being
	in Talbot County Afs{d} one Called Retirement Containing four acres and three Quarters of an acre of Land the
	other called Neglect Containing seventeen acres and three Quarters of an acre according to pattens  ~  ~
4{thly}	As my well beloved wife Rachel Gibson agrees to take a part of my Personal Estate in stead and in Lieu of her
	Thirds thereof therefore I give unto her one negro woman called Judith one other negro woman called Memory and one
	negro Boy called Charles also my Chaise and her choice of any one of my Horses and one Feather bed and Furni=
	=ture to her and her heirs forever ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~   ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~
5{thly}	I give and Bequeath unto my son John Gibson one hundred pounds Specie & one Feather bed & Furniture ~  ~  ~
6{thly}	I give and Bequeath unto my Daughter in Law Naomi Gibson one Cow and Calf ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~
7{thly}	I give and Bequeath unto my Daughter Mary Gibson the following Negroes to wit Hagar Rachel Bet Naomi
	Nathan Milla and Priss one Feather bed & Furniture and also a Grey mare called Pleasure to her & her heirs forever
8{thly}	I do order that my Clock and my two large looking Glasses be appraised in my Estate ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~  ~
9{thly}	my will and desire is that all the Residue of my personal Estate after my Just Debts and Legacies are paid
	and Satisfied be Equally Divided between my wife Rachel Gibson and my Daughter Mary Gibson
Lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my Loving wife Rachel Gibson and my Trusty and worthy friend
	M{r} Joseph Hartley to be my Executrix and Executor of this my Last Will and Testament Revoking and hereby
	disannulling and making void all other or former will or wills by me heretofore made Ratifying and Confir=
	=ming this to be my Last will and Testament  In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
	seal this Eighteenth day of March anno domini one Thousand seven hundred and Eighty six ~  ~

	I Woolman Gibson of Talbot County and state of Maryland being sick and weak of Body but of sound and
	disposing mind and memory do make this my Codicil to my Last will and Testament bearing date the
	Eighteenth day of March 1786
	I give and bequeath unto my Daughter in Law Naomi Gibson the sum of Thirty Pounds Current money
	to be paid to her by my Executors~ In Witness whereof I have to this my codicil set my hand and
												    seal
