Hearld Mail news paper in Hagerstown, Maryland
Joshua Yost died at 11:30 o'clock Thursday morning at his home in Blair's 
Valley; about five miles north of Clear Spring, from enlargement of the liver, 
aged 58 years.  He had been in ill health for about a year.  Mr Yost tenant on 
one of the farms owned by the Snyder brothers his wife, who was Miss Indiana 
Mills, survives.  There are no children.  Funeral Saturday morning leaving the 
house at 9 o'clock.  Services in the chapel of Green Spring Furnace, conducted 
by Rev. F. W. Bald, of Clear Spring.  Interment in adjoining graveyard.

Additional Comments:
Joshua B Yost and Indiana Mills Yost are buried at Green Spring Cemetery on 
route #56 about 2 miles west of Clear Spring, Maryland.  Joshua B Yost was the 
son of William Yost Jr. and Elizabeth Clark Yost both born in Morgan County, 
West Virginia.  Joshua B. Yost was their first born.  Born Dec. 26 1851 in 
Morgan County, West Virginia.
