I give and bequeath unto my beloved Son Hesekiah Irvin the bed which I occup. and lay on at this time, and to my Son William I give and bequeath my other bed which is up stairs at this time in the house of my daughter Margeret. Also I give and bequeath to my son Hesekiah my dinning table and to William my stove. And I will and bequeath to my Son Joseph Irvin the sum of One Dollar, and to my Son Agnatius Irvin the sum of one dollar And to my Benjamin Irvin the sum of one Dollar. And to my daughter Hesteran Welty the sum of One Dollar. and to my daughter Catherin Lichtey the sum of one dollar. And to my daughter Margeret Jane Derbin I will and bequeath all that is left of my money and Other Household & Kitchen Furniture let it be what it may grate or small after my death shall all fall to my daughter Margaret Jane Derbin who has me and takes care of me. And lastley I appoint my worthy friend Mr. David W. Stouffer as my sole Executor of this my last will and testament. In Witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this second day of February in the year of our Lord Eighteen Hundred and sixty seven. her Sarah X Ann Irvin [Seal] mark The Above instrument consisting of one sheet of paper, was now here subscribed by Sarah Ann Irvin, the testatrix in the presence of each of us and was at the same time declared by her to be her last Will and Testament. And we, at her request sign our names hereto as attesting Witnesses Andrew Cost George W. Traverse and John W. Funk State of Maryland Washington County to Wit On this 7th day of February A.D. 1868 Came Andrew Cost George W. Traverse and John W. Funk the three subscribing witnesses to the foregoing last Will and Testament of Sarah Ann Irvin late of Washington County deceased, and severally, solemnly sincerely and truly declared and affirmed that they did see the said Testatrix make here mark to and seal said Will, that they herd her publish pronounce and declare the same to be her Last Will and Testament and that at the time of her so doing she was to the best of their Apprehensions of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding and that they subscribed their names as Witnesses thereto at the request and in the presence of said Testatrix, and in the presence of each Other Affirmed in Open Court Test Mr S.
