Robertson of Wicomico County Written 13 Mar 1895 Will of George W. Robertson, 1895 I George W. Robertson of Wicomico County, Maryland, make + declare this to be my last will and testament + revoke all others. First, Having heretofore made ample provision for, or arrangements with my sons Geo. H. Robertson and Jas. W.T. Robertson, I therefore do not give them anything by this my will. Second, I give and devise to my daughter Charlotte Larmore wife of A.H.D. Larmore, all the residue of the Calib Hughes farm or land in Tyaskin District Wicomico County, Maryland, not heretofore sold and conveyed by me, a part of the same having been sold to Henry T. Toadvine + a part to Jas. W.T. Robertson, but she shall pay to my daughter Laura Harris, the sum of one hundred + fifty dollars ($150.00) which is made a charge on the land so devised. Third, I give + devise to Martha J. White wife of Adolphus J. White, all the residue of the Mary Jones land or farm in District County + State aforesaid, not heretofore sold and conveyed by me, parts thereof having been heretofore sold by me to Jas. M. Roberts, Geo. H. Robertson + Jas. W.T. Robertson, but she shall pay to my daughter Laura Harris aforesaid the sum of three hundred and fifty ($350.00) which shall be a charge on the land so devised. Fourth, I give and devise to my wife Ellen S. Robertson for and during her natural life, all the residue of my real estate, and at her death to my three children by my said wife, to wit, Elmer H. Robertson, Norah E. Robertson and Vernon W. Robertson in fee simple share + share alike. Fifth, All the residue of my property, after the payment of my debts and expenses of administration, I give and bequeth to my three children aforesaid Elmer H., Nora E. + Vernon W. Robertson share + share alike. The furniture in my residence belongs to my wife Ellen S. Robertson. I hereby constitute and appoint Benj. R. Dashiell + Jas. E.
