First of all I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Sarah Parker the use and benefit of one hundred acres of land during her natural life which was conveyed to me by Hill Cox also I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Sarah Parker one third of the profits of my corn mill and also I give my said wife my horse called Prince also I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Sarah Parker one third of the rest of my personal estate after all my just debts are paid and satisfied. Also I give and bequeath to my son John Parker that one hundred acres of land conveyed to me by Hill Cox after his mother Sarah Parker's decease which I give to him and his heirs forever. Also I give and bequeath to my son Jacob Parker Twenty-five pounds current money of Maryland which my son John Parker must pay him in part of the above mentioned one hundred acres of land and have three years to pay it in. Also I give and bequeath to my daughter Sarah now wife to Robert Price ten pounds current money of Maryland to be levied out of my estate after all my just debts are paid and satisfied. Also I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary now wife of James Twyford five pounds current money of Maryland to be levied out of my estate when all my just debts are paid and satisfied which said pounds my executor hereafter named must lay out in some store for my said daughter Mary for clothing for herself and no other ways. Also I leave fifty acres of land one part whereof is called Streights the other part of said land being called Millwrights good intent lying and being in pocokemoke swaps to be sold by my Executors towards discharging my just debts also I leave my Mills to be sold or rented at the discretion of my Executors to pay and satisfie my debts also when they are paid the remainder to be divided amongst my children hereafter named viz Elisha Parker George Parker Jacob Parker John Parker and Sarah Price and my daughter Mary also I leave my beloved wife Sarah Parker and my son Elisha Parker George Parker and John Parker to be my only and sole executors of this my last will and testament and I do hereby discount and disallow all former wills legacies and bequests by me heretofore made == ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last Will and Testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year first above written. Signed sealed published and pronounced by the said George Parker as his last will and testament in sight and presence of us (viz) Elijah Hearn George Parker (seal) John Williams George Smith March 9th 1770 Then came Elijah Hearn John Williams and George Smith the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing will and made oath on the holy evangalis of almighty God that they saw George Parker the testator sign seal and heard him publish pronounce and declare the same to be his last will and testament and that at the time of his so doing he was to the best of their apprehension of a disposing mind and memory and that they subscribe their names as witnesses to the said will and presence of the testator and at his request. Sworn before Benton Harris Depty Comr of Worcester County Worcester County whereas I was appointed by Mr. George Parker Senr late deceased as one of his Executors by his last will and testament I do hereby certifie that I will not join in taking out Letters and therefore give up my right of administration. Witness my hand this 7 day of April 1770 Test B. Handy George Parker Worcester County whereas I was appointed one of the executors of Mr. George Parker Senr by his last will and testament I do hereby certify that I will not take out Letters nor join in taking out Letters of Administration upon the said Estate and do therefore give up my right of Administration.
