Edmunds, 14 ED BPP.  Previous designation 2 PS, Pennamaquan. Settled in 
1786 and incorporated 13 Feb. 1818 as the 227th town in Maine.  Part of Dennysville 
was set off to form Pembroke on 4 Feb 1832. This special Census was done by 
to check the count that was done on the local level.
