Transcribed and submitted by Karen Ray In Brunswick, from intersection of State Rts 123 & 24, Rt 123 south to Harpswell. 3.5 miles from intersection, (at blinking yellow light) turn left onto Mountain Rd. One half mile, turn right onto Old Dunning Rd. Follow this small dirt road to the end. Cemetery is about 100' ahead, located on the old Samuel Dunning farm. I transcribed this small cemetery, maintained by the Harpswell Historical Society, fall 1999. Names & dates had been transcribed in the mid 1970's (copy on file with the Harpswell Hist. Soc.). Headstones are listed alphabetically by surname. Some stones have more than one name. Square brackets [ ] indicate, added by compiler. Spaces in epitaphs indicate, end of line as cut on the headstone. Marker-, denotes a military or organizational symbol. No name is abbreviated unless that is how it appears on the headstone.
