 # 27241 Probate Essex Co of James Tarr (yeoman) int, father of  Solomon
 Tarr late of  Rockport MA] That we Jabez Rowe of Gloucester in the County 
of  Essex,  Shoreman and Jeremiah Kimball, Gentleman & Jacob Spafford, 
wheelwright both of Ipswick in the County aforesaid in the Commonwealth 
of Massachustts 
 are holden and st
and firmly bound and obliged assigns, in the full sum of five hundred dollars 
to be paid unto the said Samuel Holden Esqr his  successors or assigns, in 
the Office of Judge of the Probate of Wills, and for granting Leters of 
Administration on the Estates 
of persons deceased, in the said County of Esquir
. To the true payment whereof, we jointly andseverly bind overselves, 
and our serveral and respective heirs, executors and respective heirs, 
exectors and administrators, firmly by these presents.
                      Sealed with our sealsdated the second  day of September _
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and five.
 The condition of this obligation is such, That if the above bounded 
Jabez Rowe who is nominated, and allowed to be Guardian unto Deborah Tarr_
 a Minor, age sixteen years, Solomon Tarr a minor ages more than 
fourteen years, James Tarr a minor aged eleven years, Rhoda Tarr a 
minor aged eight years and Mary Laiten Tarr a Minor aged five years all 
Children of Solomon Tarr 
 late of Gloucester in County of Essex, Fisherman  deceased .................                         
 Essex SS At a court of Probate holden at Ipswich in for said County in 
the first Tuesday in Dec 1818.   On the petition of Solomon Tarr and Rhod
a Tarr wife of Joshau Tarr, shewing that they together are heirs of one 
twelfth part of the estate of their grandfather James Tarr late of Gloucester 
deceased, that administrationn was granted to Benjamin Tarr (then the third) 
thereon, that since that tim
e  the grandmother the widow of said James has deceased and that said 
Benjamin has never since said administration was granted been in the 
reception of the rents and profits of said estate and has not accounted  
therefor since the 7th of February  1803?, 
an
d praying that said Benjamin may be cited to render account thereof, 
that the estate may be settled and they have their distributions there 
or thares threin ....... The said petitioners cite the said Benjamin Tarr 
to appear on Tuesday in Jan next eleven o
f the clock before noon at a court of probate then to be holden at 
Gloucester in the county to settle his account of administration of 
the estate of said James Tarr deseased, or shew cause, if any be 
have why such account should not be settled, by causing
 him to be served with an attested copy of  this order fourteen 
days at least before said time.
