gentleman two tracts of land lying in Pejepscot  6th lot formerly owned by Jeremiah Moulton Esq of York  .... beginning at the Maple tree, SW corner of # 3 runnung thence S West of Capt Andrew Giddings land 85 poles to a Birch Tree  ... to Freeman's & Skinner's Claim. The 2nd tract was # 15 of said 6th Lot .... Sarah (POOLE) was the wife of John Row(e)   was witnessed by Joseph Dresser & William Row(e)   24 June 1778 rec 24 June 1778
