Joseph Curtis m 1 Nov 1790, Mary Lancaster b 22 Dec 1766, d/o Joseph & Hannah (Bubier) Lancaster.

Cluff Miller was born  1773 & d 5 Apr 1846 ae 73. Cluff  m int 13 June 1813 Polly Bower, (Millar-negro is noted). 

     Children maybe: 

            Charles b 1816, a mulatto m Julia A ______ b 1816 a mulatto. Children list as 
               mulatto: Edward b 1847; Charles b 1851. [1860 Census Bristol ME][VR]

John MILLER John - Born 18 Sept 1758 at Bristol ME, d 5 Sept 1820 ae 62y at Williamsburg ME of a paralytic stroke. John Miller m 10 Mar 1780 at Thomaston ME, m int filed 26 Feb 1780, both of Thomaston ME, Ruth Carr b 20 Sept 1758 at Arundel ME.  They settled in Williamsburg ME in Apr 1817. There was a Robert Miller list in Hampden 1816 tax list 90 acres lot # 118, and there was a John Miller of Herman ME who had 100 acres which abutts, Timothy Miller & J Pomeroy.

   i    Robert b 13 Jan 1783 in Thomaston, d 13 Feb 1870 at Newburgh m  28 Feb 1810 
             at Hampden ME Sarah Mitchel  b 3 Aug 1793 at
             Frankfort ME, d 29 Apr 1884 ae 91y 8m 26d. They lived in Newburgh,
             Penobscot Co, ME in 1850 & 1860.
   ii    Benjamin b 28 Apr 1792 at Buckstown ME m  10 Jul 1817 at Herman ME, Betsey
               Swan b 12 Sept 1794 at Hampden ME
   iii    Ruth b 17 Nov 1803 at Hampden ME

  {p 120-121, NEHGR April 1940, Early Records of Williamsburg ME} {Thomaston Marriage int records p 16}[John Miller of Bristol ME maybe was the son of William Miller of  Boston; the reason for the quess is that William Miller of Boston bought land in Walpole by the Damariscotta River from William & Sarah Morrison 4 Jan 1750 (York Co Deeds 32:161)
[May be John Miller's widow, Ruth (Carr) Miller, then of Sebec ME, m(2) 16 Jan 1825, James Dunham of Carmel ME. Was John Miller a revolutionary soldier?

settled in Hampden before 1800 Census, came from Damariscotta ME.
