Will of Personal and Real Estate In the Name of God, Amen I Calvin Y Huckins of Lamoine, County of Hancock and State of Maine, being weak in body but of a sound and perfect mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this my last will and testament, and herein dispose of all my worldly estates in manner following To Wit First - I order and direct my executor herein named to pay all my just debts and funeral charges as soon as may be after my decease Second - I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary E Gault five dollars. Third - To my grandson George W Gault Jr one dollar Fourth - I give bequeath and devise to my beloved wife Hannah A Huckins all the rest of my estates real and personal, mixed and wherever found however situated during her natural life and if the personal estate is not sufficient to support her, she shall have power to sell enough of the Real estate to support her and to pay burial expenses Fifthly and Lastly - At the decease of my beloved wife Hannah A Huckins I give, bequeath and devise to my grandson Calvin W Bragdon one half of all the real and personal estate mixed and wherever found also one fourth of all the Real and Personal Estate to my grandaughter Effie J Bragdon mixed and wherever found also to my grandson Harold E Nash one fourth of all the real and personal estate mixed and wherever found - and do hereby appoint my beloved wife Hannah A Huckins sole executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made it is my wish she give no bonds.
