Report of the City Solicitor.

To the City Council:

I herewith submit my report as City Solicitor.

No actions were pending to which the city was a party at the 
beginning of the year, and none have been commenced by or against
the city during the year.

Questions affecting the rights or liabilities of the city; also several
pauper claims, have been referred to me for an opinion and advice'
all of which have been amicably adjusted.
