The Kennebec Journal, March 26, 1825: Marriage and Death Notices MARRIED In this town, on the 22nd inst. Mr. Thompson Atwood to Miss Susanna Bodwell. At Hampton Falls, N. H. Daniel Caldwell of this town, to Miss Abigail Bachelder of the former place. DIED. At Leeds, on the 27th of March 1824, Son of Deacon John Holmes of Mercer, aged 19 years. His death was occasioned by the falling of the broadside of a barn. At Mercer, on the 13th, inst. Ester, widow of the late Mr. William Boynton, aged 97 years and 7 months. At Halifax, England, Richard Holden. His death took place in consequence of being bit- ten slightly in the had by a cat a few days previous, which caused a rapid mortification.
