The Higgins Cemetery Town of Dexter, County of Penobscot, State of Maine Transcribed by Hartley West July 30, 2003 hartleywest@hotmail.com To reach the cemetery take Main Street then left on Railroad Ave And go for about 5 miles then left on Bowden Road the cemetery is on the right about ½ mile. The cemetery is well cared for judging by the spacing between some of the stones would guess there are some missing stones. The size of the cemetery is about 300 ft wide by 350 ft deep it is on a country road.
