The year 1920, so eventful historically, has for the
Bangor His torical Society been notable
necrologically, for among officials here one year ago
and not with us today are Charles Alcott Flagg, Libra
rian and Cabinet Keeper, and also a valued member of
the Ex ecutive Committee; Dr. Thomas Upham Coe, for
nearly forty years Treasurer and also prominent on the
Executive Committee; and William Warren Fellows and
James Putnam Walker, both faithful and exceedingly
useful members of the Executive Committee.

Resolved, That the Bangor Historical Society,
assembled in an nual session, and with a full
realization of the great loss sustained, gives voice
to heartfelt appreciation of the zealous and devoted
services of our departed associates.

Resolved, That these resolutions be spread upon the
records, and copies be given to the press for
publication.
