Died: 7:00 o’clock Monday evening (27 Jan 1936), at his home in Curran
Aged: 84

“He came to this country with his parents when at the age of two years.  The 
family settled in Ohio.”  
Married: Miss Eliza Thornton, 1884 
Surviving widow: Eliza
Surviving four sons: Louis, William, Joseph and Walter all of Curran
Surviving three daughters: Mrs. Winnie Roth of Curran, Mrs. Thos. LaForge of 
Oscoda and Mrs. L. McFadden, of Lincoln
Funeral services:  Thursday afternoon (30 Jan 1936), Curran Baptist church
Officiating: Rev. C. A. Brown
Burial: Maple Grove Cemetery; Curran

Comments: William Henry Weidbrauk, is most often spelled William Henry 
Wiedbrauk.  He was the son of Henry Andrew WIEDBRAUK and Caroline MUNT (there 
are many spellings for her name).  William’s wife’s maiden name was Eliza Jane 
FULLERTON.  Eliza’s obituary says that they were married June 4, 1882.  Louis 
is usually spelled Lewis.  Mrs. Thos. LaForge’s first name was Lena or 
Lenabelle.  Mrs. L. McFadden was Mrs. Lewis McFadden.  Mrs. McFadden’s maiden 
name was Tresa Erma WIEDBRUAK.  The Maple Grove Cemetery is also called Curran 
Cemetery.
