He came to Curran with his parents in 1891. Residence: Zephyrhills, Florida several months The son of William Henry and Eliza Wiedbrauk Born: December 22, 1885, at Ottertail City, Minn Married: Miss Eliza Yoder , November 13, 1916, at Curran Occupation: farmer Religion: Member of the Curran Baptist church Surviving widow: Eliza Surviving two daughters: Mrs. Harry DesJarlais, Curran, and Miss Nellie Wiedbrauk at home Surviving one son: Floyd Wiedbrauk, Curran Surviving two brothers: Joseph Wiedbrauk and Walter Wiedbrauk, both of Curran Surviving three sisters: Mrs. Henry Beaton, Harrisville, Mrs. Lewis MaFadden, Lacota and Mrs. Thomas LaForge, Oscoda. “A son, Ned Wiedbrauk, died in 1945 in France during World War II.” Funeral services: Thursday afternoon (today) a prayer service at the late home at 1:30 and services at the Baptist church, Curran, were held at 2 o'clock. Officiating: Rev. William Byler Interment was in Curran cemetery. Pallbearers: Joseph Shafer, Hugh Nolan, Bert LaForge, Ward Small, William Notestine and Herbert Trader Additional Comments: Mrs. Harry DesJarlais should be Mrs. Harry DeJarlais. Her maiden name was Cora Elesta WIEDBRAUK. Miss Nellie Wiedbrauk later became Nellie Ruth PIERCE. Mrs. Henry Beaton's maiden name was Winnie Mabel WIEDBRAUK. Mrs. Lewis MaFadden should be Mrs. Lewis McFadden. Her maiden name was Tresa Erma WIEDBRAUK. Mrs. Thomas LaForge's maiden name was Lenabelle Elmira "Lena" WIEDBRAUK.
