Died Saturday February 9, at Zephyrhills, Florida (winter home)
Aged: 65 years
Resident: Curran
Born: December 22, 1885; Ottertail City, Minnesota
Deceased Parents: William Henry and Eliza Wiedbrauk
"The family came to Curran in 1891 when Lewis was but six years of age.  He 
had made his home there on a farm for 61 years."
Married: Elesta Yoder, November 13, 1916; Curran 
His is survived by his widow and three children, two daughters and one son. 
Surviving Children: Mrs. Harry DeJarlais of Curran, Miss Nellie Wiedbrauk at 
home, and Floyd Wiedbrauk of Curran.  
Deceased Son: Ned, died in France in 1945 during World War II. 
Surviving Brothers: Joseph Wiedbrauk of Zephyrhills, Florida, and Curran; 
Walter of Curran
Surviving Sisters: Mrs. Henry Beaton of Harrisville, Mrs. Lewis McFadden of 
Locota, Michigan, and Mrs. Thomas LaForge of Oscoda.  
Prayer Services: At his Curran home 1:30 p.m. this (Thursday) afternoon, and 
services will be held at 2:00 p.m. at the Curran Baptist church.
Officiating: Rev. Wm. Byler 
Burial: Curran Cemetery
Palbearers: Joseph Shafer, Hugh Nolan, Ward Small, Bert LaForge, Wm. Notesine 
and Herbert Trader

Mrs. Harry DeJarlais' maiden name was Cora Elesta Wiedbrauk. Nellie Ruth 
Wiedbrauk married Allen Norvell Pierce on 22 Jan 1955 in Curran. Mrs. Henry 
Beaton's maiden name was Winnie Mabel Wiedbrauk.  Mrs. Lewis McFadden's maiden 
name was Tresa Erma Wiedbrauk. Mrs. Thomas LaForge's maiden name was 
Lenabelle "Lena" Elmira Wiedbrauk.
