The Alger County Republican September 29, 1888
When you are in Munising you should make your home with Archie Lamaire, for it
is the best place to stop, and you should not fail to be acquainted with Archie
himself.  He sets a good table, and knows how to make his guests comfortable. 
But Mr. Lamaire is one of the best of guides, and if you want to go out for a
camping or hunting trip, be sure to engage him.  He knows the woods and its
denizens, and can impart no end of hunter's lore.  He keeps a team as well, and
can render any needed assistance in that line.  If you once meet him you will
like him.
