Holland Sentinel  Sept. 9, 1937
John Bronkhorst, 67, a former resident of Holland, died Wednesday morning of a 
stroke at his home in Wayland following an illness of four weeks. He lived in 
Holland several years before leaving about 20 years ago. He had been living in 
Wayland about four or five months. Surviving are the widow, eight children and 
three brothers, William and Joe in Holland and Albert in Washington. Tentative 
arrangements call for funeral and burial in Holland.
